La Jolla Cove, Ellen Browning Scripps Park Wedding - Jenny & Brian

Jenny and Brian’s wedding day was such a happy, chill, and long-awaited celebration. A huge shoutout to all the couples that had to navigate the stresses and challenges that came with COVID. From a postponement, venue change, and guest count downsizing, these two had to undergo so much, and for that reason, it was extra special to celebrate their union together. What an incredible day!

The girls spent the morning getting glammed up in a cozy Airbnb, exchanging lots of laughter and catching up. Jenny chose a sleek, modern and elegant BHLD dress to wear and her bridesmaids were stunned! Such a beautiful vision of white ;)

We then went off to the first look by the ocean, and while it was a busy Saturday morning, we managed to find a quiet moment to have the first look, right behind the infamous Cave Store. It was also super sweet how all the passerby shouted their congrats to the couple!

Brian patiently waiting…

The reactions :’) No two first looks are alike which is what makes these so special to witness. So much joy and excitement!

Off to the ceremony we go!

An intimate gathering of family and friends, paired with chill San Diego vibes and curious passerby, made for a really unique time. Jenny and Brian shared their vows, took communion, and honored their parents before the official pronouncement as husband and wife!

What a classic Californian view.

All the happy feels! Right after the ceremony, the spot was flipped for the picnic reception after - or picnic of the year I like to call it!

The picnic was complete with boba, Urban plates, the most delicious pastries by Sweet Llama, and hot Cheetos of course HAHA

They kept it relaxed, and all the bridal party had fun taking photos and doing random shenanigans. It was hilarious! And the bubble man even made an appearance right behind where he was entertaining a group of kiddies!

We ended the night enjoying the sunset by the cove and taking bride and groom portraits to commemorate the special day and place where the two met and fell in love.

What a day. There’s dozens more photos I’d love to share of the two and their love, but I’ll stop here!

Jenny & Brian - thank you for your perseverance through this long journey, it wasn’t easy, but you made it and I’m so happy that you got to celebrate your marriage with close family and friends! I feel incredibly touched and honored to have been there. Thank you for having me be part of this intimate, chill, and joyous day! Cheers to a lifetime of love!

With Love,

Anna
